EMAIL MARKETING FIRM NAMES FRANCHISING VETERAN TO BOARD
Santa Ana, CA – August 10, 2006 – -- mUrgent Corporation a leading email marketing service provider for retailers and restaurants, welcomes C. Richard Williams as the newest member of its Board of Advisors. Williams will bring over 40 years of marketing and franchising experience to the advisory team.

As one of the five members of the advisory board, Williams will assist the mUrgent management team in the areas of franchise systems and strategic planning. His sound knowledge of franchising and retail markets is expected to be a strong resource to mUrgent's growth, according to Bugarski.

Williams, now retired, was President and CEO of Spectrum Alliance Group, a marketing and business consulting company. Prior to Spectrum, Williams served in various executive positions, including president and CEO of Fantastic Sams, International, as well as executive vice president and chief operations officer of the Sylvan Learning Center. He also spent seven years at GTEL, GTE's largest subsidiary, and 17 years at IBM. Williams holds a degree in management from the University of Illinois.
