Boris Bugarski
CEO and President

With more than a decade of experience in integrating both offline and online marketing strategies, Boris Bugarski has lead two start-up companies to an international presence within the first few years of their operations, including mUrgent, where he has spearheaded the company with offices which have covered North America, Europe, the Near East and Australia-East Asia.

As a national public speaker, published author, and self-made e-marketing and customer communications innovator, Boris Bugarski has increased the email marketing success for many companies, including Fortune 1,000, 500 and 50 companies in the U.S. Mr. Bugarski's vision in combining customer communications with cellular technology, web-based software and e-marketing strategies has garnered him attention in the Los Angeles Times, Orange County Register, CMG Marketing Newsletter, Pizza Marketing Quarterly and Franchise World magazines, Restaurant Hospitality Magazine, and CBS Television, to name a few.

Mr. Bugarski has appeared as a speaker nationally for organizations such as the Florida Restaurant & Lodging Associations, Young Entrepreneurs Organization, New York's International Hotel, Motel & Restaurant Show, New York Restaurant Association, Marketing Executives Networking Group, Franchise Business Network, International Society of Restaurant Association Executives, American Marketing Association, International Association of Business Communicators, private companies, college associations and many other networks, to name a few.

He frequently guests lectures/speaks for the Marketing Department at the College of Business and Economics, California State University, Fullerton. In 2005, as the Dean's advisory board member to the Colleges' Executive Council, Boris Bugarski was voted president and is the youngest president in the Council's 27-year history. Mr. Bugarski is also Director of the Society of Internet Advancement, and sits on the advisory boards of FSCi Inc. and the Department of Information Systems and Decision Sciences for Cal State Fullerton.

Mr. Bugarski holds three Associate Degrees in Biology, Business Administration and Cultural Studies, and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing.


Aleks Bugarski
COO and Executive Vice President

With over a decade of experience in sales and sales management Mr. Aleks Bugarski manages all internal operations of mUrgent's corporate headquarters and oversees a full room of vested sales staff members that work on the continuing promotion of mUrgent's products and services. Responsibilities of the Executive Vice President and Chief Operations Officer include all strategic sales implementation and planning as well as all operational and employment procurement. Bugarski has spent the last ten years developing wireless and marketing products and presenting them to leading companies such as Nokia and CMGI. He is a member of the Association of Internet Professionals, Orange County Chapter and capitalizes on his success as a writer, musician and recording artist to help motivate the investment community. Mr. Aleks Bugarski currently sits on the Board of Directors for mUrgent Corporation and spends some time as a business consultant to several new start-up ventures in Southern California assisting in the areas of strategic sales and business development.


Suzanne Lawrence
Vice President of Sales

Suzanne Lawrence comes to mUrgent with a BS and an MBA in Marketing and Advertising; as well as, over 12 years of on-line marketing experience. Ms. Lawrence is knowledgeable in web design, SEO, SEM, SMM, PPC and has worked for such companies as Trend Software and Liquid Markets presenting new internet technologies to the marketplace and has consistently increased efficiency by reducing operating costs. Additionally, while Ms. Lawrence was with Trend Software and Liquid Markets she worked hard to increase online revenue and improving overall productivity by utilizing scientific business concepts to optimize and rationalize processes and business practices for both start-up and growth organizations.


Anthony Miller
Director of Sales for Independent & Small Chains

Anthony Miller has had more than 30 years of managerial experience in telemarketing and direct sales marketing. He has fulfilled such positions as VP of Sales at Boss Disks, Inc. and Celluland, Inc., Executive Director of Sales at iCoTech, Inc. and CEO/President at Multiplicity Company. He spearheaded a sales division as a Director for Pre-Paid Legal Services, Inc., a 36-year-old NYSE company, where he trained and managed 153 Independent Contractors to market prepaid legal services to business owners and fortune 50 companies.


Edward Gonzales
Director of Business Development - America

With over 12 years of channel sales, business-to-business, sales and marketing experience, mUrgent welcomes Mr. Gonzales to the mTeam. As Business Development Manager, Edward plans to take over mUrgent's Preferred Agency Program by creating strong relationships to promote the services we offer. Mr. Gonzales has held management positions at such companies like JABRA/GN NETCOM, CP Technologies, Targus Group International, and WSA Distribution. At GN Netcom/Jabra Mr. Gonzales was the manager of channel development in which he was responsible for close to 20 million in sales. He has also assisted in training and selling products to numerous Fortune 1000 companies.


Tim Poyntz
Director of Business Development - Europe

Tim Poyntz has a wide degree in senior business development where he has gained most of his experience predominantly in the Customer Relationship Management arena. He previously served for both the blue chip Global Consultancies and Pan European Systems Integrators where he dealt with multiple leading solution vendors in the prominent market place.
Tim has successfully brought businesses to international market where he developed opportunities in a systematic way that matched company objectives through a strategic, integrated business approach. He has also both managed and coached multi-million pound businesses that involved negotiations with many large scale opportunities at both national and international level.

Tim has considerable experience working in the UK, U.S., and throughout the European market place. He has an excellent knowledge in the business world concerning customer relationship applications, web, analytics, BI, IVR , EAI and MRP/ERP.


Rodney Mosley

IT & Project Manager

Mr. Mosley is the senior software architect for mUrgent. His innovations in the field of email marketing software have enabled mUrgent to move the company forward with complete confidence in the technology behind EMPACT. Mr. Mosley has also worked as an independent network architecture consultant since 1994.


Toby Crain
Director of Systems Delivery & Development

As the Director of Systems Delivery & Development, Toby Crain oversees both the Creative Services and Client Services departments, as well as acting as liason between these departments and mUrgent's technical services. Mr. Crain works with each department to manage the delivery of all mUrgent's products and services, and has been involved in helping to create custom products that support our clients' needs and provide integration with our email programs. Mr. Crain has over 30 years of experience in customer relationship management, graphic design, website design and development, and project planning and development.


Brian Coles
Manager, Creative Services

Brian Coles empowers his department with over 10 years of experience in media and specifically internet promotion. Prior to joining mUrgent, Mr. Coles helmed his own website development firm and interviewed some of the biggest music acts in the world (Ozzy Osbourne to Buckcherry) while managing, marketing and editing a successful online music magazine. He graduated Cum Laude from California State University, Fullerton with a B.A. in Advertising. Mr. Coles has a positive management style that emphasizes effectiveness, efficiency and creativity.


Jason Pope
Manager, Client Services

With more than 9 years of experience managing sales, marketing and personnel, Jason Pope has previously worked at Coca-Cola as a sales associate, managing 40 accounts and as a department manager at Albertson's working alongside vendors to create effective marketing programs for departments. Mr. Pope has also worked as a territory manager at Southern Wine & Spirits managing numerous key accounts while increasing sales and earning awards of achievement for his exceptional performance standards.

Jason Pope plans to utilize his Bachelor's Degree in Business Management to the fullest by interacting directly with his team regularly and creating a more hands on approach with sales and production while molding more strategic marketers as the new Manager of the Client Services department.
